"Toph is named for the highly skilled earth and metal bender from Season 1 of the Avatar. Organic forms gently grow from the brim of the Hat towards the crown, each created by short rows.

Featuring short row colorwork, Toph Hat is knit sideways and grafted. The pattern is presented in written format, and as a map for the short rows - a directional chart - that will help guide you through the pattern." 

Kit Includes: (1) one full skein and (1) one mini skeins of Stumptown DK in coordinating colors and print pattern packaged in a resealable plastic project bag.

You will need: Pair US 3 (US 4) needles or size needed to obtain gauge
3.25mm crochet hook
Approx. 3yd/3m waste yarn
Tapestry needle
